Ingredients
- Sole fillets 20 oz
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Milk 15 fl oz
- Nuts 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slightly pound the fillet of any fish (preferably sea fish), season with salt and pepper to taste, cover with mayonnaise, and place in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes.
Step 2
Beat the eggs with a fork and mix with the milk. Remove the fillet from the mayonnaise, coat it in flour, then dip it in the egg mixture and coat it in crushed nuts. Fry the fish on both sides until golden brown, then place it in a preheated oven at 390°F for 5–7 minutes. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley and dill.
