Ingredients
- Fish 20 oz
- Salad Potatoes 4 pieces
- Turnips 2 pieces
- Onion 2 heads
- Butter 0 oz
- Milk 25 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the prepared fish, dry it, and cut it into small portion-sized pieces; peel and wash the potatoes and cut them into cubes.
Step 2
Peel and wash the carrots and onions, then cut them into strips or grate them on a coarse grater.
Step 3
Place everything in a pot, season with salt and pepper, pour in hot milk, and put it in a preheated oven at 390°F.
Step 4
Bake until cooked for about 30 minutes.
Step 5
Serve in the pots.
