- Lemon ½ piece
- Butter 3 tablespoons
- Garlic 1 clove

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a medium-sized bowl, press the garlic through a garlic press. Add the juice of half a lemon and melted butter. Then add finely chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well combined to ensure the spices are evenly mixed.
Step 2
Prepare the fish fillet by placing it on a baking sheet (if your pan is not non-stick, it is better to line it with foil). Brush the fillet with the sauce.
Step 3
Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven at 375°F (375 degrees Fahrenheit) for 6–8 minutes, then increase the temperature and bake for another 3–5 minutes, until the fish is opaque throughout.
