Ingredients
- Blue Ling Fillet 30 oz
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Lime ½ piece
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Fajitas sauce 3 tablespoons
- Chopped Sage Leaves 2 tablespoons
- Onion 1 head
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 430°F. Lightly brush the fish with vegetable oil. Season with salt and pepper. Place the fish in the center of a piece of foil.
Step 2
Mix the lime juice, finely chopped onion, tomatoes, salsa, and parsley. Stir well and place on top of the fish. Fold the foil into an envelope and place it on a baking sheet. Put it in the preheated oven for 12-18 minutes until cooked through.
