Ingredients
- Coconut Milk 10 fl oz
- White fish 15 oz
- Passion Fruit 2 pieces
- Vanilla Pod 1 piece
- Salt to taste

Step 1
Scoop out the pulp from the passion fruits and mix it with the coconut milk in a deep bowl.
Step 2
Add the contents of the vanilla pod (one or two, depending on their size and amount of filling) to the milk and passion fruit.
Step 3
Mix well and marinate the fish.
Step 4
Let the fish marinate in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours.
Step 5
Sear the pieces of fish in a well-heated skillet with a small amount of olive oil. You can cook them until fully done or to a medium-rare state, especially if you have very fresh tuna.
