Ingredients
- Sole fillets 20 oz
- Lemon 1 piece
- Parsley 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the fish fillet and cut it into strips about 1 cm thick and 5 cm long.
Step 2
Finely chop the parsley and mix it with the juice of one lemon in a deep bowl. Place the fish in there, season with salt and pepper, and let it marinate for 1 hour.
Step 3
While the fish is marinating, prepare the batter. Beat the eggs, mix in the flour, and whisk until a uniform mass forms. Then, add a little salt to the batter.
Step 4
In a deep skillet, pour in a generous amount of vegetable oil and heat it to boiling over medium heat. Dip the fish strips into the batter, then place them in the boiling oil and fry until golden brown.
Step 5
Serve the fish sprinkled with finely chopped herbs, along with creamy mashed potatoes.
