- Salad Potatoes 5 oz

- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz

- Water 0 fl oz
- Citric Acid 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix water, citric acid, salt, and pepper. Pour over the fillet and let it sit for 15–20 minutes.
Step 2
In a pot, place the butter, pour in the broth, add the fish, then layer with raw potatoes sliced into rounds and sautéed onions. Repeat for 3 more layers.
Step 3
Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes. Add sour cream and grated cheese, and bake until done.
