Fish in a Pot Ural Style

Ingredients
- Sole fillets 20 oz
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
- Mayonnaise 20 oz
- Onion 2 heads
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 2 tablespoons
- Chopped Sage Leaves 2 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean the fish fillet from small bones, wash, dry, and cut into portion-sized pieces.
Step 2
Peel the onion, wash, dry, chop, and fry in heated oil until golden brown.
Step 3
Dredge the prepared fillet in flour and place it in the pot.
Step 4
Top with the fried onion, grated cheese, parsley, and mayonnaise.
Step 5
Place in a preheated oven at 390°F.
Step 6
Bake until cooked through.
