Ingredients
- Sole fillets 20 oz
- Apple 4 pieces
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 teaspoon
- Dry White Wine 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons
- Parsley ½ bunch
- Dill ½ bunch
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the fish fillet into small pieces and marinate for 10–20 minutes in an enamel dish. For the marinade, mix the wine, oil, chopped herbs, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Step 2
Peel the apples and remove the cores, then lightly bake them in the oven for 1–2 minutes, no more.
Step 3
Thread the fillet onto skewers, alternating pieces of fish and apple. Grill in a barbecue or oven.
Step 4
Serve the fillet on the table, garnished with herbs.
