- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Lemon ¼ piece
- Garlic 1 clove
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
- Parsley 0 oz
- Cilantro 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste

Step 1
Cut the fish fillet into pieces, drizzle with lemon juice, season with salt and pepper. Peel the onion, slice it into rings, finely chop the garlic or press it through a garlic press, and sauté it together with the onion in vegetable oil.
Step 2
Place the sautéed onion and garlic in pots, add the fish on top, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and cilantro, layer with sliced tomatoes, and top with grated cheese. Cover the pots with lids and stew in the oven until the cheese melts.
