Fish fillet stewed with rice and vegetables
Ingredients
- Sole fillets 15 oz
- Rice 5 oz
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Onion 1 head
- Dry White Wine 0 fl oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
- Parsley 0 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the rice with salted water and cook until half done.
Step 2
Peel the onion, finely chop it, and lightly sauté in vegetable oil. Add minced or pressed garlic, finely chopped parsley, and tomatoes cut into quarters, and stew.
Step 3
Drain the almost cooked rice. Add the stewed vegetables and wine, and season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Cut the raw fish into cubes, place it on the prepared rice. Transfer to pots and stew under lids in the oven until cooked.
