Ingredients
- Sole fillets 20 oz
- Eggplants 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Dill 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste

Step 1
Cut the fillet into small portion-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, coat in flour, and lightly fry on both sides in vegetable oil.
Step 2
Peel the eggplants, cut into small pieces, and also fry in vegetable oil.
Step 3
In oiled pots, place the eggplants, then the fish fillet on top, add oil, water, and cover with lids. Place in the oven and stew until cooked through.
Step 4
Serve the fish fillet in the pots, garnished with finely chopped dill.
