Ingredients

  • Fish 30 oz
  • Onion 2 pieces
  • Potato 1 piece
  • Herbs to taste
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

I thawed the fish, cleaned it, cut it into 3 pieces, and placed it in boiling water, letting it cook for about 10 minutes.

Step 2

While the fish was cooking, I finely chopped the onion, grated the potato on a fine grater, and finely chopped the herbs (parsley — whatever was in the fridge).

Step 3

I cooled the fish and separated the flesh from the bones.

Step 4

To the fish flesh, I added the onion, potato, herbs, raw egg, seasoned with salt, and added spices. I mixed everything thoroughly and shaped firm cutlets.

Step 5

I coated them in flour lightly and placed them in a skillet until golden brown over low heat.
