
Fish Cutlets with Gravy

Description
I used pike fillet. However, any other fish fillet will work, according to your taste.
Ingredients
- Carrot 5 oz
- Sole fillets 30 oz
- Courgette 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Milk 15 fl oz
- Herbs to taste
- Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
- Onion 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the zucchini and remove the seeds. Grate it on a medium grater.
Step 2
Peel the carrot and grate it on a fine grater.
Step 3
Finely chop the onion.
Step 4
Add the vegetables, egg, salt, and pepper to the fish fillet. Form and fry the cutlets.
Step 5
In hot milk, add a tablespoon of flour (to make the gravy not too runny) and herbs. Pour this mixture over the cooked cutlets and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
