Fish Casserole with Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients
- Carrot 1 piece
- Pork Mince 15 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- 10% cream 2 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
- Parsley to taste
- Dill to taste
- Salad Potatoes 5 pieces
- Milk 0 fl oz
- Breadcrumbs 3 tablespoons
- Hard Cheese 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the potatoes in salted water, add milk, and mash into a puree. Finely chop the onion and grate the carrot. Sauté the onion and carrot together in a small amount of oil until soft. Add the fish mince and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring. Then add finely chopped herbs, a tablespoon of flour, and two tablespoons of sour cream to the fish. Mix well.
Step 2
Grease a baking dish with oil, layer the fish on the bottom, top with mashed potatoes, and sprinkle the casserole with a mixture of breadcrumbs and grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 355°F for 20–30 minutes.
