Description

I prepared shark this way. The finished dish can confidently be served even at a festive table.

Ingredients

  • Fish 0 lbs
  • Cream 5 fl oz
  • Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
  • Butter 2 tablespoons
  • Salt ½ teaspoon
  • Red Long Chili Peppers to taste
  • Herbs to taste
  • Mustard Greens 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon ½ piece

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Melt the butter in a pan, add the prepared flour, and sauté over low heat, stirring constantly, until the flour turns golden brown. Then, gradually pour all the cream into the pan while continuing to stir. Add ground pepper, mustard, chopped dill and parsley, and salt. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring continuously, but do not let the sauce boil. Then remove the sauce from the heat.

Step 2

Wait for the sauce to cool and thicken.

Step 3

Place the fish on a baking tray, squeeze the juice from half a lemon, and drizzle it over the fish. Wait 15 minutes for the fish to soak up the lemon juice. Now you can pour the prepared sauce over the fish and send the dish to the oven for 15 minutes. Bake at a temperature of 390°F. The sauce will give the fish a delicate flavor and an extraordinary aroma.
