Ingredients
- Cod fillet 25 oz
- Tomatoes 1 piece
- Sour Cream 4 spoons
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Herbs to taste
- Salt to taste

- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the fish into small pieces, season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Place the fish in a baking dish.
Step 3
Sprinkle with finely chopped garlic.
Step 4
Spread sour cream on top. Slice the tomato thinly into half-moons and arrange it as the next layer.

Salt it.

Finely chop the herbs and grate the cheese.
