Description

This time I decided to prepare fish with a fish seasoning, but I prefer it simply with salt and pepper.

Ingredients

  • Fish 1 piece
  • Fresh Rose Hips 5 oz
  • Coarse Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Lemon 1 piece

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

First, take a sea fish, such as sea bass, clean it, and remove the insides. Rub the fish with coarse salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.

Step 2

Lay out the foil in which we will bake the fish and place half of the rosemary in the center in an even layer, also placing a couple of sprigs inside the fish.

Step 3

Next, slice the lemon into rounds (if you don't have a lemon on hand, you can substitute it with an orange) and carefully place it inside the fish.

Step 4

Place the fish on the rosemary, cover it with the remaining rosemary, and wrap it in foil. Bake at 355°F for 40–60 minutes. Once the fish is cooked, you can cut the top of the foil, place the fish on top, and let it brown.
