  • Cheese Spread 0 oz

Step 1

Season the fish pieces with salt, sprinkle with pepper, coat in flour, and fry in a pan with oil.

Step 2

Sauté the fresh white mushrooms, cleaned, rinsed, and sliced, along with the potatoes cut into 1/2 cm thick rounds.

Step 3

Place the fish in the skillet, topping each piece with slices of hard-boiled egg and mushrooms. Then, surround the fish with slices of fried potatoes and drizzle with strained sour cream sauce.

The sauce is prepared as follows: heat the sour cream, and when it comes to a boil, add a teaspoon of flour mixed with an equal amount of butter, stir, boil for 1–2 minutes, and season with salt.

Step 5

Sprinkle the fish, drizzled with sauce, with grated cheese, pour melted butter on top, and place it in the oven for 5–6 minutes to brown.

Step 6

When serving, sprinkle the fish with finely chopped parsley on top.
