  • Red mullet fillet 20 oz
  • Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
  • Onion 2 heads
  • Sour Cream 1 can
  • Ketchup 1 tablespoon
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Salt to taste
  • Hard Cheese 5 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the fish fillet into pieces. Coat each piece in flour mixed with black pepper and fry in sunflower oil.

Step 2

Slice the onion into half-rings and fry in sunflower oil.

Step 3

Whip the sour cream with the egg and ketchup, add fish spices, and salt to taste.

Step 4

Place the fried fish in a baking dish, sprinkle with fried onions, pour over the sour cream mixture, and top with grated cheese. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
