Ingredients
- Veal Tenderloin 2 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Red Grape Juice 0 fl oz
- Balsamic Vinegar 0 fl oz

Step 1
Reduce the heat to low, add balsamic vinegar and red wine. Cover and cook for 4 minutes on each side, basting with the sauce when you flip the meat.
Step 2
Place the filet mignon on two warmed plates and drizzle with sauce. Serve immediately.
Step 3
Heat a skillet over high heat. Place the filet mignon on the hot skillet and sear for 1 minute on each side. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
