- Fettuccine Pasta 5 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Duck 0 oz
- Nut cream to taste
- 33% Cream 5 fl oz
- Chicken Broth 0 fl oz
- Fresh Mushrooms 0 oz
- Pistachios to taste
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 0 oz
- Parsley to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the fettuccine in salted water until ready.
Step 2
In a heated pan with olive oil, add the champignons, previously sliced thinly, and sauté for 1-1.5 minutes.
Step 3
Next, add the broth, nut cream, cream, fettuccine, and simmer for another 3 minutes.
Step 4
1-1.5 minutes before finishing cooking, add the stewed duck, cut into strips, removing fat and skin, and the parmesan, mixing everything together.
Step 5
Serve the finished pasta on a plate, sprinkle with pine nuts, and garnish with a sprig of parsley.
