Festive Potatoes with Curry and Olive Oil
Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 0 oz
- Curry 2 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper a pinch
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the potatoes with a sponge under hot water, as if wiping the skin.
Step 2
Cut into fairly large cubes, leave in the cut state for 30–40 minutes, or pat dry with a towel.
Step 3
Place in a DRY pot.
Step 4
Sprinkle with spices: curry, black pepper. Cover the pot, mix everything. Add a small amount of olive oil, mix well again. Sprinkle a little flour on top, mix again. Layer onto a non-stick baking sheet or a regular baking sheet greased with olive oil. No parchment paper or salt.
Step 5
Place in the oven (200–430°F) for 30 minutes.
Step 6
After that, take out the baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and add a little salt, and put back for another 10–15 minutes until done.
