Step 1

Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes, place them in a baking dish, and season with salt. Slice the bell pepper into rings.

Cut the pork into small pieces and fry in a pan without oil.

Step 3

Layer the fried pork over the potatoes, and place the fresh bell pepper on top of the pork.

In a bowl, mix the sour cream with garlic, half a teaspoon of khmeli-suneli, a bit of chili pepper, and tomato juice, then pour it over the pepper. The sauce should cover the meat.
