Step 1

Cut the pork into small pieces, season with salt, place on a baking sheet, and fry in the pork fat, adding coarsely chopped onion, until the onion is browned. Then sprinkle the meat with sautéed wheat flour. Mix well.

Step 2

15 minutes before serving, add the peeled and sliced apples and pour in the broth made from roasted meat bones, bringing it to a boil. Cook the rice separately and serve it on a plate as a side dish.
