Ingredients
- Thick Beef Rib 0 lbs
- Gherkins 5 oz
- Onion 5 oz
- Herbs to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Remove excess fat from the ribs and remove tendons.
Step 2
Wash the prepared ribs, season with salt, lightly pepper, tie with string, place in a heavy pot, and bake in the oven for 10–12 minutes until the meat loses its reddish hue.
Step 3
Then cool the meat and slice it very thinly.
Step 4
Serve with gherkins, pickled onions, and herbs.
