- White bread 5 oz
- Onion 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Bacon 5 oz
- Parsley 0 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Season the duck with salt and pepper. Sauté the finely chopped onion in butter along with the previously scalded bacon cut into strips, then add the crumbs of stale bread, mix, and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley. Stuff the duck with the prepared filling and sew it up.
Step 2
Grease the duck with butter, place it in a pot, and roast, basting it with butter from time to time.
Step 3
When serving, cut the duck in half lengthwise and pour over the juice in which it was roasted. Serve with vegetables.
