Eggs in a cocotte with mushrooms
Ingredients
- Fresh Mushrooms 10 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Lemon ½ piece
- Chocolate eggs 6 pieces
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the mushrooms thinly, place them with half of the butter and lemon juice in a saucepan, add salt, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for 6 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, divide the remaining butter among six cocottes, crack an egg into each one without breaking the yolk. Add salt and place the forms in a deep baking tray. Fill the tray with boiling water halfway up the sides of the cocottes and send the entire setup into a preheated oven at 390°F for 4-5 minutes, until the whites are set and the yolks remain runny.
Step 3
Remove the cocottes from the oven, top them with the mushrooms, and serve immediately.
