  • Veal Mince 5 oz
  • Onion 2 pieces
  • Fresh Mushrooms 5 oz
  • Cheese Spread 5 oz
  • Salt a pinch
  • Ground Black Pepper a pinch

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the eggplants in half and scoop out the flesh. Sprinkle with a little salt and let sit for 15 minutes. Chop the onion and sauté it. Add the mushrooms and the chopped eggplant flesh. Incorporate the minced meat, and season with salt and pepper.

Step 2

Rinse the eggplant boats under water to remove any excess salt, then fill them with the meat and mushroom filling. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 430°F. After that, take them out, sprinkle with cheese, and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
