- Feta cheese 10 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Salt to taste

Wash the large eggplants, cut them in half lengthwise, and sprinkle with salt. Then bake in the oven until semi-cooked and scoop out the insides.
Step 2
Mash the cottage cheese and mix it with grated feta cheese, then fill the eggplant halves with the mixture.
