Eggplants Stuffed with Cheese

Ingredients
- Eggplants 5 oz
- Edam Cheese 0 oz
- Chicken Egg ½ piece
- Clarified Butter 0 oz
- Matsoni 5 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Garlic to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the eggplants, cut off the stem, make a lengthwise incision, and scoop out the seeds with a teaspoon.
Step 2
Soak the prepared eggplants in boiling salted water for 5 minutes, then drain in a colander.
Step 3
Chop the hard-boiled egg finely, add the grated cheese, melted butter, and mix.
Step 4
Stuff the prepared eggplants with the filling, place them on a greased baking sheet, drizzle with oil, and bake.
Step 5
Serve the matsoni and minced garlic separately.
