Eggplants Stewed with Tomatoes

Ingredients
- Eggplants 5 oz
- Onion 0 oz
- Tomatoes 0 oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Garlic 0 oz
- Matsuni 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the prepared eggplants into rounds, sprinkle with salt, and after 10–15 minutes, squeeze out excess moisture and fry in oil.
Step 2
In a pot, place a layer of fried eggplants, then a layer of finely chopped fried onions, and on top a layer of halved tomatoes, and place in the oven for 5–10 minutes.
Step 3
Serve the matsun and minced garlic separately.
