Eggplants stewed in sour cream
Ingredients
- Eggplants 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
- Sour Cream 1 can
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Parsley to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel and wash the ripe eggplants. Cut them into slices and place them in hot salted water for 5 minutes. Then drain the eggplants in a colander and let the water drain off. Dredge the eggplant slices in flour and fry them in a small amount of oil.
Step 2
Place the eggplants in a pot, pour sour cream over them, and stew for 30–40 minutes. Before serving the eggplants, sprinkle them with parsley or dill.
