Ingredients

  • Potato 20 oz
  • Rice 5 tablespoons
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Carrot 1 piece
  • Chicken Egg 5 pieces
  • Green Peas 1 can

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil water. Add the potato. When the water with the potato boils, let it simmer for 1–2 minutes.

Step 2

Add the rice. Measure 5–6 tablespoons. When the water boils, add bay leaf, salt, pepper, and a little seasoning to taste. Cook until the rice is ready, usually 10–15 minutes.

Step 3

While the rice is cooking, sauté the onion and carrot.

Step 4

Boil the eggs hard. 3–4 eggs are enough for a medium pot. Cool, peel, and chop.

Step 5

When the rice is ready, add the sautéed onion and carrot. Bring to a boil. Add spices to taste. Add canned green peas, eggs, and herbs if desired. And a little citric acid or lemon juice.
