Ingredients

  • Egg noodles for wok 5 oz
  • Sweet Pepper ½ pieces
  • Courgette 1 piece
  • Cucumbers ½ pieces
  • Chinese green beans to taste
  • Soy Sauce 3 spoons
  • Olive Oil 2 spoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the bell pepper and cucumber into thin strips, and the zucchini into cubes. In addition to the vegetables, you can add chicken or beef.

Step 2

Boil the noodles (do not add any spices). Drain them and rinse.

Step 3

While the noodles are cooking, sauté the vegetables in olive oil.

Step 4

Reduce the heat, pour in the soy sauce (adjust the amount of sauce based on its saltiness), and add the noodles to the skillet. Gently stir everything for 2-3 minutes.

Step 5

Transfer to a plate (you can sprinkle with sesame seeds).
