- Semolina 2 tablespoons

- Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the boiled eggs on a coarse grater into a deep bowl.
Step 2
Add finely chopped dill and green onion.
Step 3
Stir in the flour and semolina. Add salt and sour cream. Mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Form cutlets from the resulting mixture with wet hands.
Step 5
Place them in a pan with heated vegetable oil.
Step 6
Fry on both sides until golden brown. Serve hot.
