  • Garlic 0 oz
  • Ginger 4 teaspoons
  • Shallots 6 pieces
  • Chili Sauce 2 teaspoons
  • Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons
  • Edamame Beans 1 cup

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the garlic, ginger, and half of the shallots; sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

Step 2

Add the yuba sheets, edamame, and bean paste, and simmer for about 1 minute. Add the soy sauce and 1/4 cup of water; simmer, stirring, until most of the liquid evaporates, about 30 seconds.

Step 3

Plate onto 2 dishes and garnish with shallots.
