  • Courgette 2 pieces
  • New Potatoes 3 pieces
  • Potato 1 piece
  • Cheese Spread to taste
  • Butter to taste
  • Garlic to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel the zucchini and potatoes and cut them into medium-sized strips.

Step 2

Chop the tomato into small pieces.

Step 3

Layer the zucchini in a greased baking dish, followed by a layer of potatoes and then a layer of tomatoes.

Step 4

Add small pieces of butter and minced garlic.

Step 5

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Also, add a little bit of water. Sprinkle with cheese.

Step 6

Place in a preheated oven at 355°F (350 degrees Fahrenheit) and bake until cooked through.
