- Lean Beef 20 oz
- Walnuts 5 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce 0 oz
- Soy Sauce 0 fl oz
- Ginger 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Water 5 fl oz
- Vinegar essence 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the ground beef, finely chopped garlic, crushed walnuts, tomato paste, soy sauce, ginger, salt, and pepper.
Step 2
Combine everything well and shape into small balls.
Step 3
Fry until golden brown. Then place on a plate and keep warm.
Step 4
Pour out most of the fat from the pan and add 20 ml of soy sauce, water, and vinegar. Bring the sauce to a boil and pour it over the meatballs.
