Eastern Chicken with Potatoes
Ingredients
- "Petelinka Thigh Fillet" 20 oz
- Salad Potatoes 55 oz
- Lemon 1 piece
- Salt a pinch
- Spices to taste
- Butter 0 oz
- Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
- Seville Orange 1 piece
- Dill 1 sprig
- Marinated cherries 3 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Zest one orange.

Juice one lemon.
Step 3
Melt the butter.
Step 4
Add the orange zest, salt, and spices to the butter and mix.

Add the lemon juice and mayonnaise to the mixture and stir until smooth.

Wash and pat dry the meat.
