Description
Dushbara is a traditional dish made of small dumplings filled with minced meat and served in a flavorful broth. It is often enjoyed with a side of sour cream and fresh herbs, making it a comforting and hearty meal. This dish is perfect for family gatherings or special occasions.
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 20 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Water 2 glasses
- Lamb 20 oz
- Onion 2 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Dried Rosemary 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Campbell's Beef Broth 0 qt
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Combine the flour, egg, water, and a pinch of salt. Knead into a firm dough and wrap it in plastic wrap, then let it rest for 15–20 minutes.
Step 2
Pass the meat and onion through a meat grinder twice, then season with salt.
Step 3
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1 mm and cut it into 2x2 cm squares.
Step 4
Place a small amount of filling in each square, pinch together two opposite corners, and then bring the other two corners together. You should end up with small dumplings.
Step 5
Bring the broth to a boil and add all the dumplings. Once the dumplings float to the top, add the mint.
