- Pumpkin 20 oz
- Onion 3 pieces
- Fatty Beef 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Red Long Chili Peppers to taste
- Wheat Flour 20 oz
- Water ½ cup
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Dried parsnip 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the grated pumpkin and onion. Add the minced fatty lamb fat, salt, pepper, and dill. Mix well.
Step 2
Knead a flexible dough from flour, salt, and water. Roll it thin and cut into 10x10 cm squares.
Step 3
Make the dumplings, place them on oiled racks, and sprinkle with cold water.
Step 4
Place the racks over a pot of boiling water and steam for 30 minutes. The finished dumplings can be served with sour cream.
