Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 25 oz
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Dill to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Cilantro to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Dry yeast 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the potatoes and make mashed potatoes.
Step 2
Dissolve the yeast in warm milk, add the mashed potatoes, sugar, salt, flour, oil, and eggs. Mix and place in a warm place for an hour. Knead until smooth and homogeneous dough forms. Add cubes of white bread and herbs - finely chopped dill, parsley, or cilantro, and knead well again.
Step 3
Shape the dough into large balls and carefully drop them into boiling salted water, cover with a lid, and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Turn each dumpling with a slotted spoon and cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 5
Slice the cooked dumplings. Serve as a side dish with vegetables or meat.
