Dumplings with cottage cheese and strawberries
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese 20 oz
- Strawberries 20 oz
- Dumpling Dough 20 oz
- Sugar to taste
- Sour Cream to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mash the cottage cheese with a fork and add sugar. Remove the stems from the strawberries and wash them.
Step 2
Roll out the dough and cut out shapes for the dumplings.
Step 3
Place 1 teaspoon of cottage cheese and 1–2 strawberries on each piece. Seal the dumplings.
Step 4
Boil the dumplings for 1 minute after they float to the surface.
Step 5
Serve the dumplings sprinkled with sugar. Shake in a bowl to prevent sticking. Optionally, serve with sour cream.
