Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour 20 oz
  • Chicken Egg 2 pieces
  • Vegetable Oil 1½ tablespoons
  • Water 5 fl oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Chicken fillet 30 oz
  • Milk 0.3 cups
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Prepare the dough. Pour the flour onto the table in a mound and make a well in the center.

Step 2

Pour salted water into the well, add the eggs and oil.

Step 3

Mix, gradually incorporating the flour from the edges to the center until a stiff dough forms.

Step 4

Continue kneading the dough until it becomes smooth.

Step 5

Prepare the filling. Wash the chicken fillet, dry it, then pass it through a meat grinder twice, dilute with milk or cream, season with salt and pepper, and mix thoroughly.

Step 6

Roll out the dough into a thin layer.

Step 7

Use a glass to cut circles from the dough.

Step 8

Place a teaspoon of filling on one half of the circle, fold the circle in half, and pinch the edges.

Step 9

Place the finished dumplings on a floured cutting board and put them in the freezer.
