Place the toasted flour in a pot, pour in 480 ml of cold water, and stir to avoid lumps. Beat the raw eggs into the resulting dough, add salt, and mix again.
Step 2
Form dumplings from the dough, drop them into hot milk, and cook for 8–10 minutes. Serve the dumplings in the milk they were cooked in.
