Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 4 pieces
- Onion 2 heads
- Wheat Flour 3 tablespoons
- Pork fat 2 tablespoons
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel and grate the raw potatoes on a coarse grater, drain some of the potato juice, add flour, salt, egg to the potatoes, and mix everything thoroughly.
Step 2
Using a spoon moistened with water, separate small pieces of the potato dough and drop them into boiling salted water. Cook for 6–8 minutes.
Step 3
Fry the onion in pork fat. Serve the dumplings with fried onions.
