
Dumpling Casserole

Description
I used Parmesan cheese as the hard cheese. You can substitute green onions with other herbs.
Ingredients
- Dough for dumplings 30 oz
- Onion 3 pieces
- Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Mayonnaise 10 oz
- Scallions 1 bunch
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F. Peel, wash, and dice the onions. In a heavy-bottomed skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, add the onions, and sauté for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Step 2
Remove the dumplings from the freezer and let them thaw at room temperature for 5 minutes, then spread them out on a floured surface for another 10 minutes.
Step 3
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Place one layer of dumplings in the dish, season with salt and pepper to taste. Evenly distribute the sautéed onions on top.
Step 4
In a large bowl, beat the eggs, season with salt and pepper. Add the mayonnaise and beat well again. Pour the egg-mayonnaise mixture over the dumplings. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle it over the dumplings.
Step 5
Place the dish in the preheated oven. Bake for about 40 minutes.
Step 6
Wash the green onions, dry them, and finely chop. Remove the casserole from the oven, sprinkle with green onions, and serve immediately.
