Description

Store-bought cranberry sauce can be replaced with homemade fruit sauce. The unique feature of this dish is its high protein and B vitamin content with very few calories.

Ingredients

  • Rabbit Fillet 2 pieces
  • Apple 4 pieces
  • Orange zest 1 piece
  • Port Wine 0 fl oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Clove 4 pieces
  • Cranberry 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut each fillet into 4–5 small pieces. Remove excess skin and fat.

Step 2

Peel the apples and cut them into thick wedges.

Step 3

Place the pieces of duck fillet and apple wedges in a steamer.

Step 4

Squeeze the juice from the orange and mix it with the port wine. Pour the mixture over the duck breast and apples. Place the cloves on top. Steam for 12–15 minutes.

Step 5

Serve with cranberry sauce.
