Duck Stew with Mushrooms
Ingredients
- Duck Skin 1 piece
- Pickled Chanterelles 10 oz
- Ramiro Pepper 1 piece
- Garlic 0 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese 5 tablespoons
- Dijon Mustard 3 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce 1½ teaspoons
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Ocean salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the pepper.
Step 2
Chop the garlic coarsely.
Step 3
Cut the mushrooms into large cubes.
Step 4
Place the coarsely chopped duck breast skin side down in a hot skillet.
Step 5
Once the bottom side is nicely browned, stir.
Step 6
Add the mushrooms and ramiro pepper. Drizzle with olive oil.
Step 7
After 2 minutes, stir, reduce the heat, and cover with a lid.
Step 8
After 5 minutes, add the garlic and season with salt.
Step 9
Mix the cream cheese with the soy sauce and mustard.
Step 10
Add the resulting sauce to the duck with mushrooms and stir.
Step 11
After 2 minutes, the dish is ready.
