Duck Stew with Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • Duck Skin 1 piece
  • Pickled Chanterelles 10 oz
  • Ramiro Pepper 1 piece
  • Garlic 0 oz
  • Semi-soft cream cheese 5 tablespoons
  • Dijon Mustard 3 tablespoons
  • Soy Sauce 1½ teaspoons
  • Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Ocean salt to taste

Finely chop the pepper.
